Ralfiel Wright is a native of Hattiesburg, MS. He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Mississippi State University. He is currently pursuing his Master of Business Administration at Prairie View A&M University. Ralfiel was recently selected as a member of Houston’s Emerging 100 Chapter that partners with 100 Black Men of America, Houston Metropolitan Chapter improving communities around the Houston area.
Ralfiel works as a HR Recruiter for the City of Houston. He supports one of the city’s largest departments, Public Works & Engineering. He aids in putting our workforce back to work, assisting with programs such as: Second Chance, multiple job fairs, Veteran’s Outreach and partnerships. Prior to his employment with City of Houston, he worked as HR Recruiter for Nissan’s Manufacturing Corporation. During his time at Nissan, he helped develop recruiting module programs and incorporated a new talent acquisition website portal.
Ralfiel has been a member of HAULYP since December 2016. He’s part of the Community Outreach Committee and has volunteered with events such as Hackathon/Urban Code and Worthing High School Workshop. What he values most about HAULYP is being part of an organization that is dedicated to giving back to the community. Also, the passion, dedication and hard work the leaders and members put into making this organization successful. During his free time, Ralfiel enjoys golfing, reading and traveling.
