Houston, Texas native, Tiffani-Janelle has had a passion for food since the tender age of five. ‘Being the eldest of three girls, with a single mother, I was left to cook for my siblings.” When considering the best Culinary Schools for Pastry, she pursued a degree in Pastry Arts from the Alain and Marie LeNotre Culinary Institute. “Gaston LeNotre was the grandfather of Pastry, so I was very proud to attend the school” As the Valedictorian of her Pastry Arts Class, she was hand-selected by the lead judge, to be the Pastry Chef for Kiran’s Restaurant. She could not hide her creative prowess while at Kiran’s, so she altered the entire menu in the first week!

She is currently the Creative Director/ Executive Chef for Cake Couture, Chef Tiffani Janelle Private Chef Concierge, ATHLEATS Meal Prep Program and The Couture Kitchen. Tiffani-Janelle, has a desire to bring the optimum food experience and presentation to her clientele. Chef Tiffani- Janelle specializes in healthy and organic plays on southern creole cuisine. “It is our sole duty to seduce the senses and please the palate”
